Lithgow Buslines is part of the Buslines Group which is one of the largest bus operators in NSW operating a fleet of 300 buses at ten depots throughout regional centres. Currently Lithgow Buslines operates 21 buses and employs approximately 30 staff.
We are seeking a motivated and organised person with good communication skills to fulfil the role of Manager to assist in the Groups' commitment to providing the highest standard of service to our customer base in the Lithgow area. The role will see you reporting to the Group Operations Manager and you will be responsible for ensuring that all services are operated in a safe manner and in accordance with legislation.
Located at our office and depot in Lithgow, responsibilities will include supervision of the administrative, operations, maintenance and driving staff, liaison with schools and other customer groups and developing the business within the local region.
The Manager's role is hands on and includes day to day tasks of managing rosters, payroll and charter bookings and regulatory compliance, while also requiring regular reporting to Buslines Group Head Office.
The successful applicant will be proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook and have a sound knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety legislation. Training will be provided on industry specific systems. Previous management experience is essential.
